About
People come to Örum 119 for a lot of reasons; to taste the delicious and very popular sourdough pizzas baked in a wooden fire stone oven, to enjoy the ice cream from “Frusen glädje” (translated to “Frozen happiness”) and to take a grilled focaccia (vegetarian) filled with yummy stuff. The pizza doughs are made of flour from a local mill and the toppings and ingredients comes from Österlen or small producers in Italy.
The ice cream served that is served in the ice cream café is made locally. Make sure to try the chocolate sorbet which is really delicious and the perfect combination of rich chocolate + sweetness.
The countryside location is beautiful, and no matter if you hang out in the garden, orangery or inside where you can see the pizzas being baked you’re in for a really nice and laid back setting and a at-home-feeling.
