Described as the food destination of the future Garveriet in Floda, a few miles outside of Gothenburg, is an inspiring place to meet, eat and learn. A great amount of knowledge, curiosity about and passion for innovative, sustainable and local, small-scale food production have resulted in a bakery, zero waste restaurant, local produce shop and lecture kitchen all in one!
