About
At the organic farm Jannelund outside of Örebro the farmer Adam and his friend - the chef Anders - made their dream about a restaurant right by the fields come true. A fine dining pop up restaurant with focus on greens in season. 12 exclusive seats, placed around the kitchen where chef Anders prepares a menu with ingredients out of what’s growing right outside the big windows.
In a beautiful setting, overlooking the peaceful fields, you get to enjoy a five course menu where the plant-based ingredients lead the way through a unique food experience. During the evening, in between servings, Adam and Anders will tell about the vegetables and ancient grains which are grown at the farm, their philosophies and also show you around parts of the farm.
